Terms of Use
Effective 9 October 2026.
How Much to Charter a Jet is run by Charter Jet One, an air charter broker. These are the ground rules for the site, and continuing to browse it means you accept them.
The numbers here are guides
Every rate, range, chart and estimate on this site describes typical market pricing. None of it is an offer, and none of it can be booked as shown.
When a quote becomes binding
A quote binds no one until a charter agreement is signed. Before that point we tell you which operating carrier will fly the trip. We arrange charters and do not own or operate aircraft; the FAA Part 135 (or foreign equivalent) carrier named in your agreement holds operational control of the flight.
Aircraft and dates
Each aircraft, date and departure time stays provisional until its operator confirms it. Operators can also decline or alter a flight for safety, weather, maintenance or crew-rest reasons.
Taxes and charges
All-in quotes carry the taxes and fees known on the day they are issued, among them the 7.5% federal excise tax and segment fees on US domestic flights. A government charge that changes later, or a variable item such as de-icing, is billed the way your charter agreement describes.
Changes and cancellations
Your charter agreement, not this website, sets the rules on changes, cancellations and refunds. Read that section closely before you sign.
Our liability
We provide the site without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that comes from relying on its estimates. Liability that the law does not let us exclude stays fully in place.
Law and disputes
The laws of the United States and of the State of New York apply to these terms and to any dispute about the site.
Updates
We may revise these terms; the dated version on this page is the one that applies.
