Privacy Policy

Effective 9 October 2026.

This page sets out what happens to the details you give us. Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates How Much to Charter a Jet.

What you give us

A quote request carries your name, email address and phone number; the trip itself, meaning airports, dates, passenger count and anything you write in the notes; and two pieces of context, the page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you clicked. The rate tables and the trip estimator work entirely inside your browser, so nothing you click there reaches us. Card numbers are never requested on these pages.

What we do with it

  • Price the trip and send you the options.
  • Arrange and run the flight if you book one.
  • Only if you tick the box: send occasional rate updates and empty-leg offers. Every one of those emails carries a one-click way out.

Who else sees it

Only the businesses a charter genuinely needs: the operators we ask to price or fly your trip, and the providers that deliver our email. Nobody buys your details from us, ever.

How long it stays

Requests that become trips are kept for as long as the law and our accounting require. Requests that never turn into a booking are removed once they have served their purpose. Consent to offers lasts until you take it back.

Seeing, fixing or erasing it

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Reply to one of our emails, or leave a note in the quote form, and tell us which of the three you want.

Cookies and tracking

Beyond anything strictly needed to load a page, these pages set no cookies. They carry no analytics, no ad pixels and no outside scripts.

Children

The site is meant for adults arranging travel, and we do not knowingly take requests from anyone under 16. Details of young passengers are collected only when an adult books a trip that includes them.

Security

We protect what you send with reasonable safeguards, but no website can promise perfect security, so please keep passport numbers out of the notes field.

When this page changes
